1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement

By accessing, registering for, or using SimpleCryptoAnalytics in any way, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. SCA is strictly prohibited for use by anyone under 18. By using the Service you warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.
• You have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
• Your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Data Provider Only — Not Financial Advice

SCA is strictly a data and signal delivery service. We aggregate on-chain blockchain data, macro economic indicators, and derived algorithmic signals and deliver them to subscribers. All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.

• SCA does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice of any kind.
• SCA is not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial services firm under any law of any jurisdiction.
• No signal, notification, data point, or any other content published by SCA should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.
• Past signal performance does not predict or indicate future results.
• You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence before making any financial decision.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• No warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
• No warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or secure.
• No warranty that signals or data are accurate, complete, or current.
• No warranty that defects will be corrected or that the platform is free of viruses or harmful components.
• No warranty regarding third-party data sources, APIs, or delivery infrastructure.

Signal delivery depends on third-party services (Telegram, Alchemy, CoinGecko, Supabase, Vercel). SCA makes no guarantee of uptime or delivery reliability.

5. Right to Terminate Accounts Without Notice

SCA reserves the absolute and unconditional right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, and with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or subscription non-payment.
• Circumventing usage limits, automated scraping, or unauthorized API access.
• Being under 18 years of age.
• Any conduct deemed harmful to SCA, its users, or third parties.
• SCA's sole business discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

Upon termination: your access ends immediately, SCA is not required to provide a refund for any remaining subscription period, and SCA may delete your account and all associated data without liability. You may request voluntary account deletion at any time by emailing support@simplecryptoanalytics.com.

6. Assumption of Risk

By using SCA you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, speculative, and largely unregulated. You may lose your entire investment.
• On-chain data may contain inaccuracies, delays, or gaps due to third-party API limitations outside SCA's control.
• You bear sole responsibility for verifying any data independently before acting on it.
• You will never invest more than you can afford to lose entirely.
• Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction may affect the legality of your cryptocurrency activities.

7. Intellectual Property

SCA owns all intellectual property in the Service. This includes without limitation:

• All signal algorithms, detection logic, and on-chain analysis methodologies.
• All software code, platform architecture, and API integrations.
• All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding.
• All content, data compilations, reports, and signal outputs.
• All user interface designs, visual elements, and documentation.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any SCA intellectual property without prior written consent from SCA.

8. Pricing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly. SCA reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Active subscribers will receive a minimum of 30 days' written notice before any price change takes effect for their account. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

9. Global Jurisdiction Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of SCA complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including securities laws, financial services regulations, tax reporting obligations, AML/KYC requirements, and any applicable sanctions programs.

SCA is not available to users in jurisdictions where access to cryptocurrency data services is prohibited by law. By using SCA you represent that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SCA and its owners, operators, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your financial decisions, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Governing Law — State of Ohio, USA

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any non-arbitrable disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

• Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or any representative proceeding.
• Arbitration shall take place in Ohio or remotely if mutually agreed.
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
• Small claims court remains available for qualifying individual disputes.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SCA regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
